In our 8-weeks together, we will work to break down your personal barriers and inner limitations, change your brain and body's response to stress, build positive core beliefs and inner resources, and help you identify, visualize, and work toward the life you want.
Each week, you'll receive a new topic in the form of a video or info sheet, outlining the resilience theme we'll work on in our coaching. From there, we'll meet 1:1 to help you implement these practices into your daily life.
You'll then utilize brain training techniques such as meditation, installation, visualization, redirection, and many others, in your daily life between our calls.
